Kausani Bagchi

Assistant Professor

 

Kausani Bagchi is presently an Assistant Professor in the area of OB&HR at IILM Institute of Higher Education. She is currently pursuing her PhD on the topic " Role of Big Five Personality factors and Locus of Control in predicting Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment among IT professionals" from University of Calcutta. She has cleared the UGC NET Examination in November,2012. She has done MA in Applied Psychology with specialization in OB&HR from the University of Calcutta. She has taught undergraduate courses at Calcutta University and Jadavpur University. She was a visiting Counselor at the clinic of a well renowned medical practitioner in Kolkata.
