International Conference on Responsible Management Education and Practice

IILM Institute for Higher Education is hosting the Second International Conference on 'Responsible Management Education and Practice' from 8th to 10th January' 2015 at its Lodhi Road Campus, New Delhi. The Conference will bring together leading academicians, policy makers, senior corporate executives from around the world to discuss various aspects of 'Responsible Management Education and Practice' and related issues. The first International Conference last year was a phenomenal success which highlighted the nuances of responsible management education. The speakers laid a foundation for global platform for responsible management education.

 

Empirical research papers and case studies are invited on six broad themes of the conference. The conference shall include selected papers and cases for presentation, on the following themes of 'Responsible Management Education':

  • Responsible Management Practices: A way forward for inclusive and sustainable world

  • The Management Education Framework for Responsible Education

  • CSR in Practice: Implementing the CSR Agenda

  • Ethical Business Practices is the only Sustainable Business Practice

  • Sustainable Businesses - Key to Responsible Management Practice    

  • Training and Sensitization for Responsible Management                              

 

Publication Opportunity:  All papers selected for presentation will have an opportunity for publication in the special issue of Management and Change, the Journal of IILM Institute for Higher Education, a double blind peer reviewed journal. The manuscripts will be subjected to a blind review process. The decision of the reviewers would be final and binding for publication in Management and Change.
