The placements season is the most crucial part of any business school. IILM Institute for Higher Education has explicitly laid out a systemic process which prepares our students to match his career aspirations with corporate expectations.

 

The Placement Office is headed by Dean-Career Management Center (CMC) who acts as central hub for all activities and is a repository of all information and resources. It aims in providing a comprehensive array of services and support for its students and alumni that will assist them in their life-long career development and placement.It plays an important role in shaping the careers of our students starting from their orientation, summer internships, live projects, industry visits to their final placements and even beyond. The placement process at IILM is a student managed activity. Hence, the Placement Cell comprises of the Student Committee on Placements (SCoP) from the first year and second year students of PG programme.
