Dr. Shivani Khurana

Associate Professor

 

Ms. Shivani Khurana is Assistant Professor (OB/HR) at IILM and has 15 years of academic experience to her credit, that includes class-room teaching and active research. She has a strong backing of educational qualifications – that are B.A(Hons), M.A, M.Phil in psychology(Gold Medalist) and M.Ed – from Kurukshetra University. She earned the prestigious Diploma in behavioural skills, conferred upon by the University of Twente ,The Netherlands. She has authored two books on subjects Research Methodology and Educational Administration: Motivating Academics, and is currently pursuing (in its final phase) her Ph.D thesis on organisational behaviour. Her teaching profile encompasses undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Management and Psychology.

  • Diploma awarded by University of Twente, The Netherlands (University for Technical and Social Sciences and Faculty of Behavioural Sciences) for attending and successfully completing the training programme (TRAITS – Special programme of the Netherlands Fellowship Programme, NFP/SBP) from January 2005 to September 2005.
