
Dr. Sanyukta Jolly
Associate Professor
Dr. Sanyukta Jolly is presently an Associate Professor in the area of OB & HR at IILM Institute for Higher Education. She is responsible for Staff and Faculty Training at IILM.She holds a PhD degree in the area of HR, on the topic “Correlates of Managerial Performance: A Study of Some Business Organizations Operating in India” from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She has taught extensively, both Undergraduate and Post graduate courses at Delhi University and few selected Business schools in Delhi. Very passionate and highly motivated in the field of academics, she has cleared the UGC NET Examination in June 1998 and has taught subjects like, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Assessment, Talent Management & Employee Engagement, Performance & Compensation Management, Training & Development, Organizational Analysis, Student Self Development, Practice of Management Skills, Participative Management and many more in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her research interests are in the area of Performance Management, Competency Mapping, Training and Development, Organizational Stress and Personality. Her M. Phil dissertation topic was “Converting Anger into Assertive Behavior using Cognitive Behavior Therapy” and at the Masters level was- “Understanding Anxiety and Aggression as Components of Depression”. She has been conducting workshops on Attitude Change and Anger Management in organizations like Frito Lays, Nokia & IILM Institute for Higher Education.
