The two year PGDM Programme is aimed at helping the students to get an insight into how modern organizations and markets work. It also helps the students to develop the broad awareness to see how business decisions affect complex systems-from an individual to a company to an industry to an economy. IILM curriculum has been integrated and benchmarked with the best in the world and India and is delivered through Harvard case studies, articles & readings.
During the first year, we build the foundation and orient the students to the basics of management. These modules are adapted from Yale School of Management. The foundation modules and crossing over helps the students to bring them a common platform before starting the core modules of the programme.
In the second year students are required to complete a minimum of 330 hours of electives. Depending upon their time and willingness they can opt for more electives. Students are encouraged to select electives that make their profiles richer and give them a broader view of management
