Annexure 1: Consultancy Rules and Payment Norms for Faculty Participants in MDP’s

 

A.     MDPs –which are brought by Institute

• Rs. 2000 per session (1 hour 30 minutes) for trainer/faculty

• Rs. 7,500 for the Program Director (for a programme duration of minimum 2 days)

 

Program brought by individual efforts

• For lectures, as per norms above

• The faculty member who brought the Program will receive 70% of the net surplus.

 

Note: All these payments will be budgeted in the quotation for the Program. Therefore, there is no financial liability on the Institute.

 

B.  Consultancy Assignment

A faculty member will be entitled to 70% of the surplus for any assignment brought and executed by him / her. Further, of the 30% surrendered to the Institute, 50% of the same will be given back for professional development expenses.

 

Permissions

 

Faculty members must take management's special clearance before 

•    Conducting any MDP (not sponsored by IILM) 

•    Taking up a Consultancy Assignment
